The Fund is a stand-alone charity within the sub-trusts of Chapel & York, and is eligible for Gift Aid.

What your gift supports

Travel & Hardship Support

Minimum 55% of travel, accommodation and dojo training fees for women facing financial hardship, e.g. single mothers, visiting Honbu.

Orange Belt to Shodan Bursary

Up to 50% of travel and accommodation for women progressing from 4th Kyu to Shodan.

Competition & Referee Programme

Travel and accommodation assistance for women competing and refereeing at inter-club events.
